This Saturday, February 10th, from 8:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. Eagan High School’s band boosters are hosting their annual band pancake fundraiser by serving delicious, all you can eat pancakes in the EHS commons. The breakfast is open to anyone and is only $10 a person.

It will feature “Celebrity Flippers,” or teachers nominated from around the school to demonstrate their incredible pancake making and flipping abilities. “They make amazing pancake creations and have fun flipping pancakes and seeing who can catch them, along with who can flip the farthest and highest.” Informs band director Mr.Hart. “They’ve been known to flip pancakes 30 feet high!” Band Director Mr.Benson exclaims. Along with the “Celebrity Flippers,” there will be fun games, such as a team trivia contest, and a cash raffle you could win, with tickets sold at the event.

The Fundraiser is a fantastic way to support Eagan’s band program and makes a huge difference. The money will go towards enhancing the program for all students, including helping to purchase music, improved technology, scholarships, and more. “It’s been a tradition for at least 10 years, and used to be held at a restaurant before we brought it in house.” Mr.Hart explains.

Start your Saturday morning off right by bringing your friends and family to Eagan’s very own delicious pancake breakfast for a good cause, “Our main goal is to add to our Band community.” Mr.Hart contributed.“It’s a lot of fun, there’s good food, and you get to support the band.”
