Congratulations to robotics team 2220, or Blue Twilight, for qualifying for nationals in St. Louis, Missouri.

Back in January, organization FIRST, released this season’s game. FIRST inspires young people to engage themselves in science, technology, engineering, and math.The participants were able to create a robot fitting the qualifications. A few weeks ago, the team traveled to Illinois to compete.

They won the Entrepreneurship Award, which recognizes a team’s effort to create and manage a business plan, and the Industrial Safety Award which celebrates the team that uses innovative ways to eliminate and protect against hazards.

They travelled to St. Louis and competed in the FRC Championships on April 22-25.
