After finals fun

Finals are stressful, we can agree on that. With all the tests and last-minute cramming, the weekend after that awaits with no homework should be relaxing. We have a list of fun events and spots to check out over the post-finals long weekend. 

 

Ice Castles: Located in New Brighton, these castles have become a must-see destination for Minnesotans! They are open every Friday And Saturday.

 

Twin Cities Auto Show: This annual show has all the newest and nicest cars! It also has a VR set that makes you feel like you’re racing in the NASCAR! Located at the convention center, it closes at 10 pm Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.  

 

Coffee Cup: This new cafe which opened in Saint Paul a few weeks ago has many favorite breakfast items and drinks, go try it for yourself.

 

Reverie Cafe and Bar: This new restaurant located in Minneapolis has an entirely vegan menu and is a great place to try if you’re a foodie.

 

La La Homemade Ice Cream: Even in the winter, ice cream is a must! This cute little ice cream shop has not only ice cream but a breakfast and lunch menu to go along with it!

 

Eagan Arms Public House: This new Eagan restaurant that has a 17th century feel to it serves all types of food. 

 

Green and Grill Global Taste: All the cuisines and dishes from a different culture can’t be under the same roof right? Wrong, this new restaurant located in St. Paul has food from all over the world if you’re looking to try new things.  

 

Ride for a Reason: If you’re looking to burn a few calories and support a good cause, this event is perfect! On March 7th, at the Eagan Lifetime, you or a team can participate in indoor cycling relay against other teams and raise money for the St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital and the LifeTime Foundation. However, act quiz because you need to register before attending the event.
