Seniors living in Eagan or attending a high school in Eagan who are looking for scholarships needn’t look any further than Eagan Foundation, who just announced over 100 available scholarships on January 22nd. Students can apply at www.eaganfoundation.org

These are awarded to students depending on criteria such as financial need, participation in extracurriculars, and the career the student is interested in. Even if their GPA isn’t high, there are scholarships that appreciate those who have prevailed through adversity or who are leaders in their community.

The Eagan Foundation has given $1.7 million in scholarships in the 29 years it has existed. The scholarships funded through donations from a number of individuals and organizations in the community—area businesses, nonprofits, family foundations, and more. “For nearly 30 years, the Eagan community has generously supported this scholarship program and we’re honored to partner with so many great donors,” explained Jamie Hopkins, the executive director of these benefactors.

The window to apply for these scholarships closes at 11:59 P.M. on Monday, February 3. Visit the Eagan Foundation’s website before it closes.
